Sending of PO data from EBS to a third Party system

Hi All,

I am new to Oracle purchasing module. Now my client has a requirement like once a PO is created or updated the same PO details(Header and Line) should be transferred to a third party system.

Here I am using SOA to transfer the data to third party system. But my concern is how to poll the PO data when any transaction happens. So my question is that "Is there any business event or XML gateway component available in EBS system for achieving the same?".

Your suggestion is really appreciated.
