Application is crashing and users ale log out . Crash file.

I did upgrade Siebel application from 8.1.1.2 to 8.1.1.14 (patch set 10). About 30 users are working on this application. After upgrade - from time to time ( several times a day ) each user has been logged out at the same time and crash file is created. Crash file looks like this:

How can i check why this is happening ? . Where is the problem ? Before upgrade was fine.
