exportMeasure NA Value

Hi !

Could anyone please clarify me how the exportMeasure utility works?

My question is whether it exports the cells which value equals NA value?

I always thought that it doesn't. And the following note says so.

exportMeasure only exports values that differ from the NA value specified for that measure.

But trying to export a string measure with NA equals ''  from workbook I got the lines in the output file which don't have a value, i.e actually NA value (""') has been exported.
