License Clarification

Hi , After long time started discussion with this community.

I need to clarify in terms of license usage of Oracle Database Standard Edition - Processor Perpetual


If I am going to deploy the below model of server and with hyper thread enabled , Please let me know how much standard edition - processor Perpetaul license required.


Because the core factor table is not mentioned STD/ENT License for particular model.


INTEL Xeon ES-2670 V3 2.3 GHz,30M cACHE,9.60gt/S qpi, Turbo,HT,12C/24T.

2 SOCKET and each 12 core.
