Company logo is missing when printing sales order (R42565) and using PCL

We print sales orders thru R42565 printing subsystem.    One of our sites changed to a Xerox 7220 printer that doesn't have the postscript option enabled.   We changed the printer definition in printer application from Postscript to PCL and now the company logo doesn't print on the sales orders.    If I take the PDF from the printqueue directory and send to the printer, the logo prints fine.    Can anyone explain this to me?   thanks
