Cannot access PBCS via Firefox

Can successfully access PBCS via IE, but cannot access PBCS via Firefox. Once I enter credentials, workspace comes up & error message reads "Single Sign on authentication failed. You are not authorized to use this system. Contact your system administrator"

Thoughts anyone?
