Row 1 Error - You Must First Define A Tax Rate For This Tax

Hi All,

I get this error(Row 1 Error - You Must First Define A Tax Rate For This Tax)  when trying to trying to check "Make Tax Available for Transactions".All the setups are complete and I am not sure the reasons for the error.


Any help will be highly appreciated
