Error in showing up administration Server Screen in client

Hi Guys

I installed and setup SIEBEL IP 2015 with patchset 15.6 .

When i try to access the thick client using Sample_xe datasource imy client is working but i am getting the below error in server administation screens.

I am using DB connection SAMPLE_XE to connect gateway also. It got connected but i am not able to see server administration screen on client. I want to enable EAI Component,.

Below is my uagent.cfg

[Siebel]

RepositoryFile           = siebel_sia.srf

ApplicationName          = Siebel Universal Agent

ApplicationTitle         = Siebel Call Center

ApplicationSplashText    = Siebel Call Center

Vertical                 = SIA

ComponentName            = Siebel Call Center Client
