Check Report is completely Blank but Rule is valid

Hello All,
I've been having an issue with our check report returning completely blank, including the Category, Period and Location headers. I've downloaded the 11.1.2.4.1 patch which has a GUI to be able to test a check rule, and the rule that I've built is valid and returns a value in this check rule however, the check report is completely blank. My check intersection report is working well as well as all of our out of the box reports in Report Execution, it's only the check report that is not working. Has anyone experienced this?
