Prepare Mass Addtions Transactions

At what point do the transactions in the Prepare Mass Additions disappear. We have assets that have been posted in a prior month and they still appear in the Prepare Mass Additions form? The form is becoming increasingly hard to use because of all the old transactions that have already been posted. Is there some way we can remove these?
