I enter an Deliverable Based Billing in Project Contracts in a foreign currency. I then go to Fpro

Hello:

I have a multicurrency OU and I entered a DBB in Project Contracts against a project that is funded and bills in a foreign currency.  After I initiate the billing and the event is sent to Projects, I can not update the event.  I get an error message like the record is locked.  FRM-40654: Record has been updated.  Requery block to see changes.

Has anyone else seen an issue like this using foreign currencies?
