performance issue in GLOOAP

Hi,

I have a performance issue in GLOOAP when opening the first period of a year; for other periods there is no problem. The EBS version is 12.1.3 and is the first time we open the first period of a year,because we upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 last May, 2015

I can see in the log of the concurrent process that the problem seems to be in gllsasi.lpc; the process has been runing for more than 4 hours when usually it takes 15 minutes to finish.

Monitoring the sql´s sessions in the database , the sql taking too much time is

INSERT INTO gl_posting_interim
