CSI Contracts Enabled profile option
Occasionally we have a scenario where we want to update the IB record without impacting the service contract. To do this, we have created a new custom responsibility, where the profile option, 'CSI Contracts Enabled', is to set to ‘N’ at the responsibility. This same profile is set to ‘Y’ at the site level. It seems that sometimes an end user will use this custom responsibility to update the IB record, and we see that the contract line gets terminated. Does someone know how this can happen?
