miscellaneous accruals on report but not on the Accrual write off form

Hello everyone

   We have a number of transactions that are showing on the Miscellaneous accrual report. But we cannot find these transactions in the Write off form for miscellaneous transactions.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Does anyone have the sql for the Miscellaneous accrual  report and the Accrual write off form? I would like to see which where clause in the sql is not being satisfied in the form, such that it is not retrieving the transactions that are appearing in the report.
