Adding entries to Custom Synchronization Driver File

We are upgrading eBS to R12.2.5, and referring note, "Developing and Deploying Customizations in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1577661.1)" , to deploy customization. As per this note we need to add entries for all custom files in custom synchronization driver file but not able to get full details as what entries need to be added to synchronize patch edition.

Please assist with some detailed information about this driver file or any sample file with real time entries if possible.
