Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to find out if a variable starts with a string?

I have a string variable. I want to know if it begins with the word "Location" or "Unit". Is there a business function that will do this?
