Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. CM_receipts row not processed error in cost accounting > pending transaction page

Hi

Ran CM_CSTACCTG process in peoplesoft and found that there are rows in pending transaction page with message 'CM_receipts row not processed'.

I saw that similar error message is solved as part of bundle 23 fix and we already have that fix as we are in bundle 35

On closer analysis its found that these error rows are not there in CM_RECEIPT_COST table. how can i push these items thru CM_RECEIPTS_COST.
