Put away Rules are not generating in sequence.

Dear All Experts,

We are trying to run three different rules for one transaction like :

1) Rule 1 = Its selects the PO Supplier Site and matches it with Locator Segment 2

2) Rule 2 = Its selects the category of Items from PO and matches it with Locator Segment 3

3) Rule 3 = Its checks the Items Volume with Locators Volume for Capacity planning.

We If I check these rules separate then they are working fine, but I need to use these all rules at a time for one single PO / Transaction then how to make its setup?

As one PO is received with then rule should check its Rule 1 and then Rule 2 and in the end Rule 3 after that suggest than in which locator Item will go.
