RHEL 5.3 production server dimmed & no access from anywhere

Dear Competent,

always I'm suffering from my RHEL 5.3 which include oracle production application ..

Suddenly the server is dimmed when accessing it from ILOM management console & it's network is unreachable and couldn't be accessed from any other utility .. the server has 4 Ethernet cards , tow cards are 10G fiber connection , & the other 2 NIC are 1G connection & both connections 10G and 1G have bonding configurations ...

This issue appear (4 or 5 times per year), and always happened when users are not logged into the server (idle) & I'm suffering this issue from 5 years .. even upgrading firmware bios , ILOM many times the issue still present

always we could not do anything except resetting or reboot the server from ILOM remote power on management
