I am going to upgrade siebel from 8.0.0.13 version to Siebel IP 2015.7 latest patch version. Please provide the steps to start and end the upgrade, does it only requires a IRM upgrade or do I need to go for full database upgrade since its from version 8.0.0.13. Your recommendations will be very helpful for the suuccess of this upgrade.
