Unable to poll 4500 SBC via SNMP

We have to sets of SBCs. One pair running 6.3.9 m3p2, and one pair running 6.2.0 m12p7. I've enabled SNMP on the pair running 6.3.9 successfully but the same steps haven't worked on the pair running 6.2.0. Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this? I can't see anything in the log files to suggest a cause.

I get no response to an SNMP walk using the correct community string, yet the same walk works fine to the pair on 6.3.9. I've checked that the system running the snmpwalk can access both pairs via SSH.
