Security for alias AT1, P01012

Hello,

I have a user who is receiving the 'You are not authorized to run this application' when attempting to change the search type associated to an existing account.

They are attempting to update alias AT1 from P01012. As soon as they click on the field, they receive the error.

Can someone advise what security is missing?

I reviewed doc ID 1191754.1 but am not sure exactly what to submit to our security officer.
