Scaling out busisness intelligence publisher 11.1.1.9.0

Hello

I  installed  Oracle  business intelligence  publisher  in  two   Windows  2008  R2   servers  I  run  config   in the  first  server and  now 

I am  running  config  in the second  server  to  sale  out,  config  stop  working  in third  screen  where   data  regarding the weblogic  admin  is  provided, looking  into  inventory  logs I  have  found  following  exception,   I  would like  to  say  that  that  I get the  same error  with or  without node manager  running.

Could  any  one let me know  how  to  resolve  this  problem.
