AME Rules -Teleservice
Hi Team,
I am looking to setup AME rules on Teleservice form according to the status wise. I found the option 'Pending Approval' under the Service request status setup form.
Please guide how I can start, let me know if any document I can review and setup the things as required.
Just would like to share my requirement, it is as follows
1. SR created, task assigned (SR status -> Accepted)
2. Technician creates the estimates under th charges tab which required to get approved from Manager.
3. I want from here we chnage the status of SR which sent AME approval notification to Manager to get the charges approved, once he approved status chnaged to 'Approved' and then we go ahead further accordingly. Something similar to the below post
