Virtual location vs Physical location on the invoice

edited Jan 21, 2016 4:09PM in Retail Invoice Matching (MOSC) Question

In ReIM 13.2.6, it never allowed us to create a merch invoice or non merch invoice or debit/credit memo for a virtual location. But when we upgraded to 14.1 this functionality has changed, it is now allowing memos and non merch invoices for a virtual location but not for merch invoices. What is the business reason behind this change? Or is this a bug?
