Unable to load metadata on HFM in Replace or Merge mode with all checks flagged

I recently upgraded an HFM application from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3.500 using Copy application and Upgrade Schema Utility. Both tasks end without errors and the application run fine.

I have only one issue, I noticed that when I try to load the metadata (.app o .xml) file in Replace or Merge mode (all check flagged), the Scan or the Load end abnormally (the log of metadata load does not show all tasks made but it stop before the successful completion) . So, I cannot add new element on metadata such as a new account or  new entity or delete one of them.

The only way to modify the metadata (adding i.e. a new entity and load it correctly) is the Merge Mode with the option
