Apply FMW patch# 9905685 | missing jdeveloper dir under $FMW_HOME

Hi Team,

Need your help. We are in process of upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4.

We are at the point where we finished R1220 upgrade driver + Enable ADOP and in the process of " Apply the Latest Oracle E-Business Suite Release Update Pack for Release 12.2"
