Is ApplicationToolBox utility still avalaible in 11.1.2.4 version ?

Hello Gurus -

I am looking for application tool box to extarct the metadata into csv file in HFM version 11.1.2.4 in this Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialManagement\Utilities and could not found anything except as below.

Please let me know if we still have this utility in 11.1.2.4 version, if not what is the work around to extarct the metadata into excel in hierarchy.
