/etc/defaults/passwd queries

Hi,

The setting: MINWEEKS=1 is set in /etc/defaults/passwd in Solaris 10. The user account ID was locked. After the user account is unlocked, the user tried to change the password but the system display "passwd: Sorry: less than 7 days since the last change". There was no changed of password for this account. Correct me that unlocking the account is considered as changing the password.

Thanks in advance for any pointer.
