Contract Entitlement Search Form in R12

Hi,


We are unable to search contracts while trying to search using 'Account Number' field in search criteria and getting this error message: "You do not have access to this contract". Even using 'Contract Number' field we are getting back the respective result. Is there any setup required to search the entitled contract thru 'Account number' field in search criteria. Please advise.
