Why Primavera Risk Analyst is not handling schedule opportunities?

I did a test with one activity and one risk opportunity:

1. Construction, 100 days (99,100,101) and $1,000 (999,1000,1001) resources.

2. One risk 100% probability, schedule impacts of 60 days (59,60,61), no cost impacts.

I ran 1000 iterations step-by-step and not once the duration was less than 100 days. In fact, P70 durations are 6 days longer than the base and P100 is 25 days longer! I was expecting to see durations being less than the base of 100. 

Can anyone tell me why PRA is not reducing durations with risk opportunities? Are my settings preventing me to see durations less than the base?
