When I start the approvals process the owners of the planning units don´t receive the email notifica

Hi,

I am using Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4

I have configured successfully the email server configuration.

When I start the planning unit, the owner doesn´t receive the email notification saying that he is the new owner, however if i put the user on the "notify users"  field he receives the email.

If I log on using that user and access to manage approvals he is the owner.

What am i missing?

Can somebody help me?
