Context Service - GetRowSetData

Hello - can someone provide me more info on Context Service and its methods. We need to call PSP/Spread discount WF in extenal mode.

I was checking the Web Channel WFs and found some good examples, I couldn't find good documentation on Context Service BS and each of it input argumentS.

I need to know GetRowSetData method and all its input arguments.  As always Siebel is NOT good in documenting all functionality
