Attaching create accounting program to custom responsibility

Hi,

Currently we are running create accounting program to move the AR(Account receivable) data to GL (General Ledger) from India local receivable (standard) responsibility.

Is there any possibility to attach this create accounting program from Standard responsibility to Custom responsibility.
