Creating a new upgrade plan a password pop up windows comes up.

We are try to upgrade from JDE 8.12 to JDE 9.2.We are using AS400 enterprise server V7R1. While creating a new upgrade plan, the initial step is to provide the information of System datasource of the source application release.  Upon clicking next, a database user id / password pop up windows comes up.

Kindly find the below logs
