P4111 / F4111 Missing transaction dates for IMs?

Any idea why transaction date would not stamp on IM transactions in the Cardex? Queries run against this data using Transaction Date aren't accurate. Have switched to using GL Date, but I seem to recall a problem with that in the past with credit memos. (That was at a former company I was at. There, I used data selection on Creation Date to get around this.)

But why would Transaction Date not stamp on all records?
