integration user preference not working with Glog, Glog tender offer

Hi All,

We are sending outbound tender offer XMLs to carriers through FTP integration. We have integration user preference setup to default time zone to PST, UOMs weight to LB and volume to CU FT. We have assigned the GLOG or GLOG TENDER OFFER xml on service provider as well as the external system out xml profiles. However this doesn't do any of the conversion Time zone, UOM for weight, volume as expected.

But when we use a custom out xml profile, OTM does do the conversion. Any one faced this issue before?  We are in OTM 6.4.1. Any inputs on this
