How to upgrade and migrate 11i to R12.2 from hp-unix to RHEL 6?

Hello Guru's,

Can you please explain high level steps to be done for the activity below? This has to be implement for one of our customer.

we want to upgrade and migrate 11i instance to R12.2.4. Below are the requirements,

 

Source : 

 

OS : HP-Unix 11

Application : 11.5.10.2

Database : 10.2.0.4

 

Target :

 

OS : redhat Linux 6

Application : R12.2.4

Database : 11.2.0.4
