Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Over payment DBA 9997 is not calculated

Dears,

Kindly, i am facing an issue that the over payment DBA "9997" is not calculated although i put it the PO#3 of P07210.

So does anyone know what may the cause ?

and if anyone can send me the setup of this DBA to check it with mine will be great.
