How to retrieve all the list of contacts list from siebel using inbound web service.

Hi Team

Can you tell me is there any webservice in 8.2 version (Inbound) to retrieve the list of all contacts.
I know most of the web services in siebel but either i have to pass something about a contact (like row id or integration id ) then it ll send the response of one contact. (This one i did for Siebel Contact Inbound Web service)

But i want to retrieve the list of all contacts.

Or if there is any QUERY method in any of the contact inbound web service in which i can provide the empty parameter or date timestamp.
