I have a UBE that generates a CSV file using the built-in CSV functionality of JDE and below is the output

Within the same UBE, I use the bsfn B34A1010 and write to a text file myself. the apostrophe and the other character are displayed by the x92 and xF3 characters. 

Do you know how I can fix this?
