Has anyone experience HFM and Smartview login hang after upgarde to 11.1.2.3.700?
We are new to HFM. We went production only less than 6 months and we have upgraded our version from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.3.700 recently in order to be compatible with Internet Explorer 11. Our EAS remains at 11.1.2.3.502.62 and SmartView at 11.1.2.5.210.Build 042.
Server OS : WinServer 2008R2 Std 64bit
Client OS: Win 7 Pro 64bit
Office Product: MS Office 2010 (we have both 32bit and 64bit users)
We have experienced HFM batch job not returning completion status (browser time-out) with error msg (A " error occurred communicating with the server). And also all users cannot login to HFM or through SmartView. I discovered that when I re-start the Foundation services, everything will go back to normal.
