comments are not getting saved whenever applicant status is changed

whenever applicant status is changed during by recruiter comments are not getting saved...

Steps to reproduce

1) Search vacancy

2) go to selected vacancy

3) click on applicant

4) go to application tab

5) go to assignment status

6) Change status

7) Give reasons under comment field

8) Save

9) Status updated with time stamp and assignment status but comments are not saved
