Unable to start up the managed server oacore_server1

Hello,

i was in the process of applying latest RUP (R12.2 VISION Instance on Oracle VM VirtualBox) as per Doc ID 1617461.1, and reach to adop phase=cutover which fails because couldn't start oacore_server1 server.

the adstrtal.log shows the following:

"Checking/updating the JVM argument values for the managed servers ...

Validated the passed arguments for the option ebs-set-allmanagedsrvargs

Connecting to t3://ebs.example.com:7002 with userid weblogic ...

Successfully connected to Admin Server 'AdminServer' that belongs to domain 'EBS_domain_EBSDB'.

Warning: An insecure protocol was used to connect to the

server. To ensure on-the-wire security, the SSL port or Admin port should be used instead.
