Remove appraise Action button for a single Manager in the hierarchy, and keep the Action button for

Hello

In Performance appraisal module R12.1.1 we have the following situation

The Case:

     Manager X can appraise Manager Y and Manager's Y subordinates.

The Requirement:

     Manager X can only appraise Manager Y 'not Manager's Y subordinates ' and Manager's X subordinates if any 'his subordinates' , while Manager Y can appraise appraise Manager's Y subordinates.

in ther words we need to Remove appraise Action button for a Higher Manager in the hierarchy, and keep the Action button for the next lower manager in the hierarchy
