Repair actuals and negative charge line

Hello,

Iam trying to add a negative charge line on repair actuals tab in depot repair. I did the appropriate configuration and when trying to select the appropriate category to add the -ve charge line, it is not showing in the LOV. Attached screenshot for reference. Let me know if am missing any setup here.

Any guidance on this is really appreciated.
