How to use sample based on Lots for PO receipts

Hi Gurus,

I wanted  to use the sample based on lots at the time of receiving the material  in OPM-quality but after the material has been delivered i am not able to see this lot in item sample form against the PO &Receipt.

Below are the setup done.

1.Enabled create samples automatically

2.Create the PO and receipt the material

3.Sample has been created against the PO & Receipt

4.Enter the results in the sample and change status to accept

5 Lot has been generated  and the material has been delivered to inventory

6.But i am not able to see the lot on item sample against the receipt
