Revalue cost not showing impact on Closing balance

Dear All Goros,

I have facing an issue nowadays when I revalue 1 asset to amount 24 M on Jan-2016 period but when we check closing balance of this cost category  its not change still show same.

although i run gain & loss as well.

what the issue behind this ???
