Need Help for One Pricing Requirement

Dear Experts,

We have one interesting requirement on pricing. Could you please suggest how to achive this OOTB.

Root Product :

Setup Box     - Root

|_VAS 1        - Child  - Price = 100 (Max =1)

|_VAS 2        - Child 

|_VAS 3       - Child

Promotion:

Promotion :TV

Component : Setupt Box        Max =5, Min=1, Default=1

Requirement:

User Can Choose up to 5 Setup Box and can subscribe different VAS for different Setup Boxes. (Same VAS also allowed for different Setup Boxes).

Pricing Requirement:

Setup Box is Sold Part of Promotion(TV)  and when user Subscribe VAS1 On 1 St setup Box , then VAS 1 Price= 100
