Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hyperion Essbase (MOSC)

Not able to connect to Hyperion workspace

I am not able to connect to Hyperion workspace, Planning, Web Analysis etc.

When I tried checking the logs what I found is

<Critical> <Security> <BEA-090518> <Could not decrypt the username attribute value of {AES}x9kU62HcoYLJ+LlO30w4+bf5DdWcjNKXZmpbpAhzdtE= from the file E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FoundationServices0\security\boot.properties. If you have copied an encrypted attribute from boot.properties from another domain into E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FoundationServices0\security\boot.properties, change the encrypted attribute to its cleartext value then reboot the server. The attribute will be re-encrypted. Otherwise, change all encrypted attributes to their cleartext values, then reboot the server. All encryptable attributes will be re-encrypted. The decryption failed with the exception weblogic.security.internal.encryption.EncryptionServiceException.>
